At RhinoRescue, we stand behind the durability and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your RhinoRescue account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused condition.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
